Procedures for Admission
- Admission is open for all classes every year on first come first serve basis.
- It is open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
- For admission to class Nursery the child must have completed three years of age on 1st April of the respective year and accordingly the age level is fixed for higher classes.
- As per RTE Act 25% seats in class first are every year reserved for children belonging to the weaker section of society and disadvantaged group. Admission under this category is done by procedure as prescribed by the Education department from time to time.
- For admission to other classes inquiry must be made at school office and will be done if seats are available.
- A child who joins fresh from home or from other school has to produce an official Birth Certificate from Municipal or Baptism Certificate or Transfer Certificate in support of the date of Birth in the Admission Form.
- A child who was attending any recognized school cannot be admitted without depositing School Leaving Certificate from the same institution in original.
- Documents required for Admission are never returned for any reason. Students seeking admission during mid session will have to pay all the prescribed fees for the full year.
- A Month’s Notice has to be given before the withdrawal of student or the fee will be charged. Such Notice should be given in writing by the person responsible for the pupil and not by the pupil himself. Those who leave in April must pay their fee for May and June.
- No leaving Certificate is given until all Sums Due to the School have been paid in full.
- A pupil failing twice to be promoted will have to discontinue his studies from the school from classes IX to XII.
- Admission to class XI: Students who have passed class X are required to fill a registration Form for admission to Class XI Faculty wise. Admission will be given strictly on merit as per criteria followed in the school.
- Students passing V class and being promoted to class VI, shall have to seek Admission in Secondary section and pay the requisite Fees etc.
